Rose is a jeweller based in Newport, she is the founder of Codi and one of the running team. She primarily works with silver and gold, crafting unique pieces inspired by the natural shapes and textures of her surrounding landscape. Rose embraces the inherent beauty of her materials, incorporating natural forms and using tool marks as distinctive features in her designs. She is committed to eco-friendly practices, using minimal chemicals and relying on just a pendant drill and a crockpot for heating the cleaning pickle. Her workshop is a small vintage caravan located in her grandmother's garden. Creativity runs in her family, with both her parents and many extended family members being makers, several of whom also have their work featured at Codi.
